Summary Judgment Plug-in

Please read this background information on the Summary Judgment Plug-in before filling in the short form below.

One of the many benefits of our CaseMap case analysis tool is the way it can be used to provide the fact summaries needed when filing a Motion for Summary Judgment, when making a Rule 36 Request for Admission, or when working up Pretrial Stipulations.

The "Summary Judgment Plug-in" sends to your word processor listings of undisputed facts organized by the case issues on which they bear.  This information can be used almost as-is to create a Separate Statement of Material Facts for submission along with an MSJ.  It can also be copied into a Motion for Summary Judgment.

Please note that while the Plug-in produces results virtually identical to those we've seen in numerous Separate Statements of Material Fact, the format of the fact tables it generates may not be exactly the same as those you employ in MSJs.  However, as the document is created in a word processor, you're free to edit it as needed to get the results over the finish line.
