CaseMap, TimeMap, NoteMap, TextMap and DepPrep support is provided by staff members in our Ponte Vedra Beach development office. Our support staff is made up of the programmers and quality assurance staff that develop our products.

Each CaseMap, TimeMap, NoteMap and TextMap license comes with 1 month of no-charge support. You're welcome to contact us with ANY question, not just technical problems.

Subscriptions Plans
CaseSoft Subscription Plans includes our Call With ANY Question Support. Each new CaseSoft license includes no-charge Support for the term of the subscription. To continue receiving support after the subscription plan, you will need to renew.
