This Page is for TextMap Users Who Have Purchased TextMap 5.5 Upgrades

CRITICAL: When you open an older TextMap file using TextMap 5.5, TextMap 5.5 offers to convert it to the new TextMap format. Once a file is converted, people using an older version of TextMap won't be able to open it. Therefore, please install TextMap 5.5 for all TextMap users working on a given case file before opening the file using TextMap 5.5.

Installing TextMap 5.5 has no impact on your existing installation of TextMap. TextMap 5.5 comes with an updated example transcript file you can use to try out all the new features.

ACTIVATION: The TextMap 5.5 Upgrade installs as a full-featured version with a 30-day timer. Every TextMap 5.5 feature is available during this 30-day period. At some point during the 30 days, please activate your installation in order to turn off the timer. Activating allows us to validate the fact you have purchased an upgrade or are on extended Support.

If you install TextMap 5.5 on a machine that has TextMap on it, TextMap 5.5 will find your registration information in TextMap and pre-fill the activation form. You can then activate your copy online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you are installing TextMap 5.5 on a machine that doesn't have TextMap on it, please use the registration information we emailed you for CaseMap and activate online. If you do not have your TextMap 5.5 email handy, please email us at register@casesoft.com to obtain your registration information.
