Facts About TimeMap

  • TimeMap is super simple to learn. You'll be up and graphing in under 30 minutes.

  • As you enter facts, TimeMap automatically generates a proportional time scale and positions Fact Boxes above the date on which they occurred. If you have more boxes than fit comfortably in one page, you can change the number of pages and TimeMap automatically rescales the timeline and repositions your Fact Boxes.

  • A single TimeMap visual can be up to 100 pages wide.

  • One example of the powerful features in TimeMap is the ability to add any number of time scale breaks to a visual. Adding time scale breaks takes two clicks.

  • You can enter facts directly or shoot them over from our CaseMap product. Use CaseMap to organize and analyze a master chronology of all critical facts. Then send selected sets of facts to TimeMap to instantly create timelines of seminal parts of the case.

  • TimeMap also offers an import utility you can use to create charts based on data from Excel, Summation, Concordance, Access, and any other spreadsheet or database tool.

  • Once you've used TimeMap to create a timeline graph, you can print it with one click. You can also present graphs directly from TimeMap using its Full Screen Presentation Mode or send TimeMap timelines to PowerPoint or Sanction.
