CaseSoft Training Options
Training helps users get the most out of any software product, even relatively easy-to-use tools such as CaseMap, TimeMap, TextMap, and NoteMap. For that reason, we've designed what we hope you'll consider a comprehensive set of training options.

We offer many no-charge phone-based training options, an even wider range of fee-based in-person sessions and online webinars. Obviously, phone training, in-person training and web-based training aren't mutually exclusive — we encourage you to employ a combination of methods.

We believe you'll find our instructors and the courses they teach are terrific. Our instructors are all members of the CaseSoft Support & Training staff. When they aren't conducting in-person or phone-based sessions, they're fielding support calls, and thereby honing their product knowledge and their case consulting experience.

Phone Training
We offer five phone-based training options. These sessions are offered at no-charge to our CaseMap users. The only cost to you is the cost of originating the phone call.

In our Webinar Center we’ve posted a collection of live and prerecorded events.  You are welcome to enroll to attend live Webinars or view the recorded tutorials and events anytime at no charge.  Some sessions are of general interest and others are events that permit attendees to become certified in our products.

Case Analysis Consulting Group Open-Enrollment Courses
Our Case Analysis Consulting Group offers several day-long classes in over 25 venues in the US, Canada, and the UK.

In-Person Training at Your Offices or Ours
We can teach any of our Case Analysis Consulting Group classes at your offices or at our headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

We can also build a day of training by teaching a number of our shorter Mix & Match classes.
